I started my professional life as a clerk at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. At the end of a three-month period, I was promoted to the Coordinator of Student Affairs position.

In 2008, I decided to learn English and went to California. As I started speaking English fluently, I wanted to continue with a higher education. As a result of my decision, I applied to 12 colleges for an MBA degree. I was accepted by 8 schools, and I made a choice of Mississippi State University.

Throughout my education, I worked on several projects. These include starting a business and operating in a highly competitive environment, developing retention plan for a case study and creating an Internet marketing plan for a niche business idea.

In the first project, Bulldog Challenge, I worked with a team, and we applied marketing principles, the four Ps. I was in charge of sales and I sold 486 cookies in one week period.

For the Internet marketing plan, I also worked with a group, and we applied marketing strategies for the Internet environment.

I am currently working as a Social Media Manager at Hatupen Plastic Window and Door Systems in Ankara. I am responsible for providing content for a variety of social platforms, creating and maintaining websites, designing ads for the printed media and keeping the company at the top of search results as known SEO.
