Hello, I’m Sophie. I’m a yoga teacher and entrepreneur based in Cwmfelinfach, South Wales.

I first started yoga at university where I immediately fell in love with it. During my final year of university I completed my Level 3 Yoga Diploma and Hot Yoga Certificate.

During my final year I decided I wanted yoga to be my career so in November 2017 I set up Firefly Yoga Studio and haven't looked back.
