First Response Glass Ltd is locally owned and operated by John and Tamara Thorpe. It began its operation in Greater Victoria when it purchased the assets of Premiere Glass Ltd in 2001. Premier Glass was in business for 10 years prior to the sale of its assets. At the time of the sale, the business was operating from a 1200 square foot leased premises in Brentwood Bay and they specialized in automotive glass replacement. They had just 1 service vehicle and employed 2 people.
