Mr. Fisk’s background has been solidly established with over 22 years in the United States Army, In addition he has served in numerous Management roles in the civilian sector for over six years. Ralph’s positions have included Training Instructor, Senior Instructor, Course Manager, Regimental Operations Sergeant, Company First Sergeant, Mr. Fisk also received numerous awards and accolades while serving as an Infantry Senior Noncommissioned Officer, Heavy-Anti-Tank Section Leader, Dismounted Infantry Squad Leader and Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle Platoon Sergeant. Ralph has completed numerous courses of study in, Anti/Counter Terrorism, Emergency Response, Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), as well as Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive weapons (CBRNE) Warfare and Defense Ralph has written programs of instruction in Anti/Counter Terrorism, Insurgency Warfare, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Force Protection, Site and Physical Security and has advised on the development and written numerous Emergency Action and Continuity of Operations Plans. In addition he has also served as the Operations Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of a Regimental Command Post during Military-Civil Support Operations during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005. and was the Deployment Noncommissioned Officer during Active Military support to Wildfire Operations in the West in 2000. Ralph holds Certifications as; Tactical Training Officer, Military Instructor, Small Group Instructor, Small Unit Tactics Instructor, Military Emergency Management Specialist, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive Weapons Specialist, Safety Manager, Professional Continuity Practitioner Level I, and a Anti/Counter Terrorism Officer.
