Why hello. Where do I start?

I am 26 years old, born and raised in Alaska and currently attenting school in Oklahoma. I am new to this whole blogging thing so you will have to bear with me. The purpose of my blog is not to glorify myself but rather to keep me accountable. I have always been overweight and struggled with it all my life. Now I am doing my best to change that forever.

This is all a little hard for me because it means I am opening myself up to criticism from people I hardly know but then again, that's life. I hope that people can be supportive and uplifting but if not, I'm doing this for myself and won't be brought down.
