WIth my love for fitness and health I have tuned my hobby into my business - I dedicate most my time to my clients, friends and most of all my family, and at the end of the day I have satisfyed everyone, if not made a mark to change someones life from that day forward. I have been in the beachbody business since January 2011 and I wouldn't change it for a thing. I love my job, helping people achieve their goals, building relationships with new people, and watching their success, knowing that I was a huge part of it. I am a real person, mom of a 2 year old boy-Wife-Sister-Daughter, friend, and your coach - But most of all I am me:) My passion for this business grows more and more as the days go by. Its so rewarding to be able to change someones life. But it all started with my own. I decided to make this my lifestyle for a few reasons, but one being....I was unhappy. Negativity took over my life, and I finally took a hold of my life with an uplifting change - BEACHBODY. not only becoming a coach, but starting a fitness program myself. Being a P90X Grad is the most rewarding thing I have done. I started my journey at 178 pounds, prior to that I busted my butt in the gym for countless days before my March 2010 wedding, but I still never got to the results I had wanted. I never had the diet part down, I though I could eat whatever and as long as I worked out, I was fine. WRONG I found P90X in November 2010, followed the diet plan, cut out sugars and carbs and since then I have lost 26 pounds - over 25 inches and I am still going strong. My goal is 135 pounds:) Since my lifestyle change of overcoming a lazy, unmotivated, depressing life, I find myself ranting about working out, cooking healthy, and being happy. I always thought back when I was overweight and didnt care, that thats the way life just was, and I was comfortable with that. Here I am today, Inspiring others to take this path, to feel confident again, and best of all to have the opportunity to make something of themselves.
