Hi everyone and welcome to my about.me page. I set this up to try and get exposure for my blog about body building. I have been going to gyms and lifting weights for about 13 years on and off. Usually I go religiously for about a month or two,then slip into the bad old habits and start eating crap.
But let me begin by saying that im not a body builder per se. I do not bench 125kg and I definetily do not take steroids. Im just an ordinery guy who enjoys going to the gym,lifting weights and feeling good about himself. I only do it for my own benefit,no-one elses. Im not trying to impress women,im not trying to be mr im-bigger-than-that-guy,im just trying to make myself feel good. and when I see muscle begin to form,I feel good
I have set up a blog to help in my quest for getting ripped and growing lean muscle. As I've said,im not a pro body builder. Im not really into all that 2you should lift 45% of your gross plus 10% of your bmi minus 30% of your max" and all the "you need to eat protien and cardio at a ratio of 40/60 and only eat when its half past the hour" crap. I just do what I can,when I can. The way I do it gets the results I want. Maybe not the best results possible but results I am happy with.
