Hi, I’m Sachin Sutar, an IFSI Certified Nutritionist, Body Transformation Coach, and advocate of natural, holistic fitness.

My fitness journey has been one of discipline, patience, and self-belief. I first achieved a six-pack physique in 2018, where I lost 20 kgs and got six-pack abs naturally in 8 months, and was featured in GQ India Magazine. But due to my Ankylosing Spondylitis condition, I lost it in 2020. The medications and inflammation made it extremely difficult to train or maintain progress. It took me five years of experimentation, learning, and perseverance to discover the right combination of diet, training, and recovery that worked for my body without relying on shortcuts or drugs.

In 2020, I also won the Best Model Award in Goa held by AB Production, and in 2025, I secured 3rd place in the Denim Open Category in a non-natural show, while I myself competed completely naturally against 20+ competitors in the TNT Classic 2025, Bangalore.

Today, I’ve transformed my body again—from where in 400 days I gained 20 kgs, then lost 20 kgs, and got my six-pack back. Now, I want to help others achieve the same. I design personalized diet and training programs (veg & non-veg), with a focus on sustainable fat loss, lean muscle gain, and slow eccentric training for long-term results and joint safety.

Over the years, I have also helped many women with PCOS, PCOD, and thyroid issues successfully reduce weight and improve their health, which in turn has helped them manage their conditions naturally.Majority of my clients have lost 10kgs within 90 days including people who had never lost weight.

I also contribute regularly to the local newspaper, Herald Goa, where I share my thoughts on the best diet and training methods.

I hold two master’s degrees (MBA and M.Com) and two graduate degrees (LLB and B.Com). In addition, I have completed the IFSI Certified Nutrition Course, a Health and Nutrition Diploma from IGNOU, and I am currently pursuing advanced studies in Nutrition at K11 School of Fitness Sciences. I have also completed a Baking Course from IHM, and I love to cook and bake, which helps me design high-protein, customized diets for my clients.

Beyond fitness, I’m deeply connected to music, martial arts, and nature. I love playing the violin, which helps me maintain my mental balance and emotional clarity. I hold a Green Belt in Taekwondo, which strengthens my discipline and physical resilience. My home is filled with love and life — I live with three dogs, two cats, and a tortoise. I often joke that my house feels like a small zoo, and I wouldn’t have it any other way because I truly love animals.

I also practice meditation, sometimes for 2 to 5 hours, which helps me stay grounded, calm, and centered. I’m a follower of Lord Shiva and believe that prayer completes the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Without prayer, I feel the body is incomplete — strength must come from both discipline and devotion.

I live the same lifestyle I teach — waking up at 4 AM, following structured meals, and training at 5 AM with intensity every day. So when I ask my clients to follow a plan or eat a specific way, they know I’m doing it too — at an advanced level. My goal is to show people that if I can do it through consistency and knowledge, they can too.

My mission is to inspire others to build their best bodies naturally, focusing not just on aesthetics, but also on mental strength and spiritual growth. Fitness isn’t about perfection — it’s about becoming stronger, inside and out.
