HEY EVERYONE! I'm Montana from Fit Squad, aka, Ball Out Fitness...the YouTube fitness guide and self improvement help video channel. Welcome to my profile! I'm a University of California @ Berkeley freshman majoring in Health Sciences and Nutrition. I plan to attend graduate school and earn my masters in Exercise Science. I work for Fit Squad/Ball Out Fitness as a video actress and instructor. I enjoy making these videos for Fit Squad/Ball Out Fitness because I love to try to help others reach their fitness goals. Plus it's a good side job since being a college student takes up a lot of my time. I'm very much into health and fitness and love working out. A former three sports star in high school as well. My major goals after school are to someday to be involved in the fitness community on some level, mainly in the health and nutrition side of it.
