My name is Steven Talbert Williams.
- - - - I have been denied the right to have a discovery conference under the post-filing delayed review/dismissal doctrine (plausibility standard).
- - - - Claims pertain to the insolvency of the ESTATE OF LINDA PAULA STREGER WILLIAMS and laches to provide the trust agreement and accounting of assets of the custodial trust to PLAINTIFF on his “thirtieth birthday” (December 19, 2009) [DECEDENT being of constant medical treatments for Ovarian Cancer and Dialysis], which allegedly led to the loss of DECEDENTs’ real property (449 E. 14 th St., Apt. 7d, NYC 10009, Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town (“PCV/ST”); having a renter’s insurance policy (see ISC §3420(a)(1), “insolvency of the insured's estate”)), where PCV/ST neglected to provide a renewal lease upon the death of DECEDENT (alleged primary tenant).
- - - - The LINDA WILLIAMS BENEFICIAL TRUST, as claimed, was illegally reinvested into the PCV/ST community, prior to DECEDENTs’ death, where PCV/ST owners allegedly performed financial background checks on all tenants (see ST Owner, LP v. Dizengoff, et al., No. 08113861), and used such to evict rent stabilized and elderly tenants for a raise in rental prices (Plaintiffs’ ex: $1200 to $5000, for DECEDENTs’ two bedroom dwelling); a claim of DOMESTIC HOUSING TERRORISM.
