Fitness seems to be the new rave of 2014 and I am proud to say that I take part in it! I am 24 and in the best shape of my life. That was not always the case but hey we all have to start somewhere! I can say so much about my life but it is so much easier to take you along on my journey. I love to share with people as well as absorb their knowledge of the things that I have yet to learn about.
