Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Heidi Vazquez, I am 24 years young and proudly on my way to a happier, healthier lifestyle. I am a mother to a beautiful little girl, and soon to be happily married. Like many others, I work a "9-5" desk job by day, and live at the gym by night!
I am a travel industry professional, and RYT200 Yoga Instructor. I have always been very into fitness as I grew up dancing competetively through the age of 18. I held a multitude of reginal and national titles, and an impressive array of scholarships as well as other notable awards. I have spent a good portion of my life on stage, so the NPC stage has always looked appealing.
Follow my journey to the NPC stage for my 2014 debut! Making healthy choices isn't just a hobby, it's a lifestyle.
