Hi! My name is Jamie and I am orginally from California. I am a military spouse currently living in Germany. I am a current Beachbody coach on the mission to help people obtain their health and fitness goals. As a beachbody coach I provide challenge groups (a group based on helping one another acheive their fitness goals), and help to get to your desired goal. Not only am I helping people on this incrediable journey, but I am also on a fitness journey myself. I have struggeled with my weight and with the help of beachbody I have lost weight and now am helping others do the same.
