My name is Fitzgerald - Fitz for short. I only make that distinction because my full name makes me sound more conventional that I really am. Though I do believe in building strong, rooted foundations from which one can build on, I'm love pushing the envelope and finding new ways to reach challenging goals.

The biggest impact on a set of goals are the people chosen to help reach those goals. A few of the best people will be able to accomplish far more than many of the less experienced; however, that's not to say that a developing talent with the right determination and support can't become one of the highly skilled.

That's where an effective People Operations team comes in - their work will sustain a company. Much like a well planned savings account will help get you through tough times, the right people will continually build value into a company even during the down periods.

It's because of this kind of impact on an company that I want to build my career around people and team culture. I want to be a part of the team that brings the company together and enjoy the meaningful changes they want to pursue.
