My name is Federico Jesús, although everyone knows me by Fede. I'm from Torremejía, a small town in the province of Badajoz, specifically located between Mérida and Almendralejo.

Impossible is not a word in my dictionary.

I started my studies with the doubt if I would have enough tenacity to carry them out, and today I can not only say that I have managed to become a Service Technician in Restoration, but I have also become a Senior Technician in the same specialty , and that every day I like my profession more.

I did my practices in the prestigious restaurant "38 de Larumbe" in Madrid and now I combine my studies as an extra waiter for event services in the outstanding restaurant "Salones Almeda" in the region of Vegas Altas and Tierra de Barros de Extremadura.

I also count in my curriculum with different courses such as; wine tasting, ham cut, food handler, among others. My professional interest is to get the Professional Certification Course for Teaching and Pedagogical Training that I am currently doing, to access faculty examinations in my specialty.

As idiomatic competition, I have English A2 and Portuguese B1 knowledge.

Personally I consider myself to be a person of affable, autgoing and polite character, with great sense of the responsibility and capacity of work.
