Frank Norton
Virginia, United States
Was born and raised in Albany NY, came from a food focused family, beliving sharing meals together, to talk about everyones day and understand the world around us. Upon graduating he traveled the country working with many Chefs influential in his culinary vision of modern American Cuisine, the Executive Chef for many of Americas finest hotels and private clubs.
He is now fulfilling a childhood ambition of being an Chef and collector of the published thought. It started with garlic & onions and it spread to metaphors & satire. So now not only do I create memorable cuisine I also share memorable literature as Owner of Darbytown Books modern first edition.
"Cut a Chef, find a writer, every aspect of gastronomy from planting to harvest, raising livestock, cooking, eating has inspired writers for centuries. Food is about memories, sex, joy, love, shame, longing, loss. Food and poetry have long shared this nebulous relationship, to nourish mind, body and soul. Read, eat, drink to broaden your adventure that is life"
