Humble explains Flex Jonez.
Having had no idea through his life travels there would be many lives he had touched. From that he gained supportive, inspiring, and insightful comrades at his side.

During 2022 Flex retired at the age of 60 from being a Creator, Promoter, and Show Director of several stage revues , which consist of an inclusive diverse showcase which welcomed and promoted talented LGBT-Q performers. Allowing an avenue to visually display and express their artistic stage attributes.

As a 45 yr veteran stage performer with a unique stage presence and platform. Flex carried that passion of entertainment using the stage as an asset and vessel within outreach

His long time entertainment career allowed him to launched during 1990 his platform project legacy," UNITY AND UNDERSTANDING".

Flex's passion allowed him to labor on many levels as a proactive Motivational Speaker , Author , Transgender Activist/ Advocate, state Transgender Community Engagement Consultant and Health worker.

Being a devoted Mentor, Spokesperson, Motivational Speaker , Activist , Advocate, and Volunteer within the spectrum of many causes and communities surrounding: LGBT-Q, Homeless Youth, Minority, Human & Civil Rights, Patient Care, campus communities. Transgender, HIV/AIDS & STP Awareness.

During the time of his community service with an extensive resume where he has been well involved within city , state and national organizations .

Having had established an alliance with several local and state educational, medical facilities, and law enforcement agencies toward assisting several marginalized communities.

Flex Jonez's, gift of giving will never yield as he Founded the organization,The 5th Ave Alliance and presently serves as Director of Affairs.
The organization is geared toward several Communities to avoid lifestyle harm and risks ,by way of extending services to those seeking and struggling to hold proactive productive lives within society.

Flex's role at retirement is to see that his platform legacy and it's goal be continued to assist many Mainstream, LGBT-Q events, and Grass Roots organizations with: outreach, support , education, and networking, in order to enlighten and educate many toward Difference and acceptance.

His deeply lives his life with the belief,
"That what was given to one freely by others, was given to see that one may live in comfort within the confinements of society; for that one shall always give back freely and unselfishly as well to others
