Francisco Patiño

Francisco Patiño is the Program Administrator at the Division of Graduate Medical Sciences (GMS) in the Boston University School of Medicine. In this capacity, Francisco provides administrative support and coordinates daily operations of programmatic activities within GMS, specifically around training grants and enrollment, including but not limited to data management and assessment. Prior to joining GMS, Francisco worked at the Harvard Divinity School’s Office of Ministry Studies and at the Center for Public Leadership in the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where he helped coordinate the Latino Leadership Initiative.
Francisco earned his Master of Theological Studies (MTS) with an emphasis in Religion, Ethics, and Medicine from Harvard University in 2015, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology and General Studies from The University of Texas-Pan American in 2013. On his free time, Francisco enjoys playing and watching sports (especially soccer), attending academic lectures/seminars, reading, and mentoring youth (particularly Latin@s and other underserved populations) both in Boston and in his native McAllen, Texas.
