Adwoa Fosua is a dynamic social entrepreneur and the Founder of Women's Haven Africa, a leading women-focused coworking, technology, and business hub in Kumasi, Ghana. Established in 2019, Women's Haven Africa fosters inclusion, acceleration, and sustainability for women entrepreneurs in the tech and business sectors. The hub focuses on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 1, 5, 8, 13), driving economic growth and social development through empowering purpose-driven women leaders.

Adwoa is an experienced business development consultant and coach with a proven track record of working with organizations such as Sparkassen Stiftung, GIZ, MasterCard Foundation, Reach for Change, and the UNDP/NEIP Young Africa Innovates project. Her expertise in capacity building strategic coaching and mentorship has empowered over 2000 women entrepreneurs and startups across Africa’s tech and business ecosystem.

Education and Credentials
Adwoa holds a degree in Development Management from the University of Development Studies, an MBA in Project Management from Accra Business School, and a Master of Science in Strategic Management and Leadership from KNUST
