Flatbread Grill is a fresh casual Mediterranean concept founded in 2007 by the Esendemir Sisters. Our menu features flat-top platters, gourmet salads, sandwiches and soups all paired with specialty flatbreads baked daily on premises. We also feature a kids' menu and full coffee / espresso bar, plus smoothies and frappes. Our next store is opening in Hoboken, NJ. Flatbread Grill is being expanded into a global lifestyle brand via a franchise deal with FranSmart, the world's largest franchise development firm.
