I am a professional Coach, Consultant and teacher.

My career is highlighted by:

- Coaching and Training with a remarkable pursuit for Human Resources Development;

- Research on innovation in people management, coach and nonviolent communication;

- Teaching Human in Organization, Leadership, Organizational Behaviour and Transformation in People Management;

- Selecting, structuring, developing and managing teams formed by managers, coordinators and instructors, focusing on the improvement of services, programs and educational courses;

- Developing more than 200 educational programs;

- Managing more than 1,000 professionals as instructors, coordinators and technicians.

I am also the author of the book "The dynamics for the application of the term "quality" in the Brazilian Higher Education".

I love gastronomy, art history, scuba diving, and traveling.
