Hello - Thank You for stopping - I appreciate you being here, as one's attention is really an awesome commodity. I am 37, and I am a failure, and an artist, and a father, and a brother, and a writer, and a painter, and a friend, and these are in no particular order, as roles are fluid and inter-changeable. I am just another human struggling to make the grade, and help where and when I can. I am a creator; an artist. I work in paintings: latex wall paint on canvas, with acrylic paint markers. It took me several years to find what i was looking for, what i wanted to paint on a regular basis. My niche. it is my one true original idea, developed by looking at five areas, and incorporating them into a unified style: 1). Human DNA strands 2).Nucleotides in DNA 3). Satellite views of housing divisions 4). @Two-dimensional form 5). Abstract forms
I enjoy painting very much, and my mission statement is as follows: "I enjoy art, from a viewing point-of-view: from the Gallery. I create art, from complex themes, and the finished product is minimalistic in nature. I set out with a definite idea in mind, based on the topic i am working with. I believe art should be accessible to all; which is why I work in two dimensions and abstraction. It is very accessible. And, in the very end, I want the viewer of my paintings, to come up with their unique idea of what the piece is. In short, I want you to tell me what you see."
I started this painting in the Summer of 2001, and it has been a true pleasure to have created all that I have so far, and I look forward to creating today, and in the future! Thank You again, and make it a great one.
