I am working with management of innovation, industrial design, product development and change processes.

I master the design-driven innovation process, and have been driving this at the Danish company Bang & Olufsen for a number of years - being a key player in the last year’s new innovative and award winning audio and video products.

In parallel with my work for Bang & Olufsen I have been active developing innovative furniture for home and office use.

Identifying the future needs of the potential customers is the starting point for a successful innovation process with the goal at the end to meet this needs with new differentiated concepts strengthening the competitiveness of the organization and improving the environmental footprint.

My strength is strategic and conceptual thinking. I am creative and do have a innovative mindset. Simultaneously I am analytical and have great organizational, business and multidisciplinary technical understanding.
