I am a follower of Jesus, pastor with Williamsburg Christian Church, founder and co-executive director with 3e Restoration Inc, owner of Philoxenia Culture, contextual theologian, certified trauma professional, S.T.A.R. practitioner (Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience), ethnographer, historian, and TEDx alum.

I am an adjunct professor with William & Mary. I have served as an adjunct professor at Rochester University and Regent University where I taught courses in philosophy, ethics, ethnography, christian history, theology, and leadership.

I serve on the Advisory Board of Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center and Let Freedom Ring Foundation, an organization committed to preserving the historical prominence of the Historic First Baptist Church, 1776, one of the oldest African-American churches in the United States, and all of its artifacts. In addition to the board for 3e Restoration, I am a founding board member and educator with the Virginia Racial Healing Institute.
