I am a follower of Jesus, pastor with Williamsburg Christian Church, founder and co-executive director with 3e Restoration Inc, co-owner of Philoxenia Culture, contextual theologian, certified trauma professional, S.T.A.R. practitioner (Strategies for Trauma Awareness and Resilience), ethnographer, TEDx alum, and coffee drinker.
I am an adjunct lecturer with William & Mary. I have served as an adjunct professor at Rochester University and Regent University where I taught courses in philosophy, ethics, ethnography, christian history, theology, and leadership.
I serve on the Advisory Board of Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, Bacon Street Youth and Family Services, and FreeKind. In addition to the board for 3e Restoration, I am a founding board member and trainer with the Virginia Racial Healing Institute. Finally, I am a member of the Greater Williamsburg Trauma-Informed Community Network.
