Our flight compensation process couldn’t be simpler. All you need to do is contact one of our Compensation Specialists on 01616 679 912, we will check your flight details using our in-house system to identify whether it was delayed or cancelled then talk you through our process, send you some forms which you will need to check, sign, date and return to us. As soon as we receive your completed forms we can begin the process, we cannot start the process beforehand.
