Flint Gardner

My name is Flint Gardner. For those of you who don't know what a "Flint" is, well . . . it's a rock. I know, who names their son after a rock? But! Flint is not just any rock, if you take the rock flint and strike it with steel, you create sparks which can transform into a fire. Ironically, I have red hair! Coincidence? I don’t' know, but what I do know is that my brother's name is Steel.

I see myself as the spark to success. I thrive off of meeting new people, learning why they operate the way they do, and then being the means for them to achieve their life ambitions.

According to Malcolm Gladwell's book The Tipping Point, I find myself as a strong combination between the connector and the salesman. My expertise is finding the pain points in humanity and inspiring experts to create the solution.

Michael Gerber in his book E-Myth would define me as the Manager role who connects the entrepreneurs to the technicians. As a result, dreams are turned into reality.
