Flo brings 20+ years of experience as a leader in the Business Intelligence & Analytics field.
After leading the SAP Business Analytics Capability at Capgemini for almost 3 years, Flo now develops the Service Quality Management practice of Milestone Technologies, improving the Service Quality of clients like Facebook by implementing Operational Analytics.
Back in 1994, she joined Business Objects in Paris (now an SAP company), as an early employee, to develop the European Customer Support and Training department.
She transitioned to the Silicon Valley office in 1998 to lead the US Customer Support.
After a decade with Business Objects, Flo spent more than 6 years managing the DW BI department at Silicon Valley Bank, where she also implemented and managed an end-to-end Business Intelligence Managed Service; she launched and managed as well the enterprise-wide Data Governance Office program.
Flo was the President of the Board of S.P.I.R.I.T. for 3 years, a non-profit organization aiming at raising funds to support 150+ Gymnasts to perform competitions.
During her time off, Flo enjoys horseback riding and is a renowned horse trainer in the Bay Area. She has been training with Haute Ecole Dressage Masters and was Dressage Judge in Versailles, France.
