Public Disclosure and Notice of Evidence Preservation

This publication formally discloses the existence of a backup file I created and retain in my possession, containing contemporaneous records of my work and subsequent events. I am making this disclosure because Ramon Ontiveros Medina continues attempting to obtain control over this evidence.

The file documents instructions to inflate client charges, including fees for services advertised as free, and purported tax “exemptions” offered for cash payments. My records indicate that more than 400 clients were routinely overcharged $150–$200, representing an estimated $60,000–$80,000, with some charged thousands more based on perceived wealth.

During this period, Ramon Ontiveros Medina withheld my wages for weeks or months and threatened deportation if I refused to comply forcing me then into a 24 consecutive days starvation.

Threats and intimidation have extended to my family claiming he would send members of the Drug Cartel to take care of it if I continue to testify in Court. My younger sister has recently been targeted by anonymous accounts publishing AI-generated pornography depicting her across most of porn sites, similar to harassment I have experienced and reported to police since 2024. Responsibility for these accounts remains under investigation.

Ramon Ontiveros Medina subsequently pressed criminal charges against me, alleging death threats that I categorically deny. His Complaint Affidavit omits my prior disclosures concerning his conduct, and I have not been presented with evidence substantiating his accusations in over a year (Case No. 20250C0699). Should any harm come to me or my family, I want this publication to establish a public record of the threats, intimidation, and retaliation I have previously documented.

This notice is issued in the public interest to preserve evidence, protect the integrity of the record, and ensure transparency regarding the existence and significance of this backup file.
