I'm Flora Dong, Founder and Managing Partner of Ardenwood Advisors, a boutique multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and global business leaders.

For more than 25 years, I've worked with families navigating complex financial decisions, wealth transitions, and cross-border opportunities across North America and Asia. My work focuses on helping clients align their financial strategies with their long-term goals, values, and legacy.

Before founding Ardenwood Advisors, I held senior advisory roles at UBS Private Wealth Management, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley. Today, I help families think beyond investments by integrating wealth management, family office services, generational planning, philanthropy, and long-term stewardship.
