Dr. Flora O. Ayodele, ACICPFM, CPM is a Comparative Literature scholar, certified project manager, media professional, and creative storyteller with over nine years of experience spanning academia and Christian media. Her work cuts across notable institutions including Adeleke University, Ede; Redeemer’s University, Akoda–Ede; and the Mount Zion Institute of Christian Drama, Ile-Ife.
She holds a B.A. in English (Literature) from Redeemer’s University (2013), an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Ibadan (2016), and a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Ibadan (2025). Dr. Ayodele is the author of Reflections from the Father (2018), a collection of edifying and creatively written Christian articles. She is also a drama minister, violinist, screenplay writer, and Christian film producer.
Passionate about digital ministry and global Bible engagement, Dr. Ayodele currently serves remotely as Partner Support Specialist (Nigeria) for the YouVersion Bible App, headquartered in Oklahoma, USA. She has also served as the Administrative Manager for the Mount Zion Institute Alumni International Fellowship International Christian Film Festival (MZIAIF–ICFF).
Academically, she has taught courses such as Creative Writing, Bible as Literature, Studies in Criticism, Literature and Society, and Communication Theory. Professionally, she has functioned as Regional Operations Manager for The Nigeria Chosen Grassroots Engagement, an outreach initiative that deploys The Chosen movie series as an evangelistic tool across secondary schools, higher institutions, and churches nationwide.
Dr. Ayodele is the founder of Father’s Courier Evangelical Ministry, a creative and film production ministry where she serves as a screenplay writer, film director, and producer. Through a unique blend of scholarship, storytelling, media professionalism, and faith, she is committed to inspiring, educating, and engaging audiences for Kingdom impact.
She is happily married to her purpose-mate, Evangelist Temidayo Ayodele—a Christian media evangelist, writer, and cinematographer—and they are blessed with two wonderful children, fondly known as the Father’s Courier Kids.
