Flored Jay Naval Medina, MPA

Mr. Flored Jay Naval Medina completed his Master’s Degree in Public Administration at Bicol University and also one of the Outstanding Graduate in 2021. Now, currently taking up Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration at the same institution. He is truly one steadfast public servant, for more than a decade he has been serving his community in Legazpi City as former SK Chairman, Councilor, & Punong Barangay. At the sides of his public service, he’s still pursuing his passion for events hosting in Bicol Region for 10 years already. Now, he’s well-known and dubbed as “The Versatile Host Of Bicolandia”.

Currently, he's the President of Bicol University Graduate School Student Council and the President of Gabay Bicolandia, an Association of Regional Tour Guides in the Bicol Region. Lastly, he’s a youth empowerment advocate who loves to interact with the youth by joining several international and national programs such as National Youth Parliament (NYP) in 2016, Regional Youth Advisory Council (RYAC) in 2017, Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) as Student Ambassador of the Philippines to Japan in 2008 & Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP) as Philippine Youth Ambassador of Goodwill in 2018 & 2021.
