Florence Carbray

Not Just a 2012 IYC Co-operative Float Project Co-ordinator, but one of my proudest endeavours, I have been working with volunteers, fundraising and serving the needs in our community for a large part of my life. The DPPCA Christmas Miracle Food Hamper Project is also one project I have been doing with great committee volunteers since 1981.

Originally from everywhere, I settled into the KW area as a young adult in 1978 from Montreal, and have lived with my family in the Doon Pioneer Parke area ever since.

I work in community development, property management, recreation, and volunteer co-ordinating.

I enjoy reading western novels, creating beautiful stain glass, and taking part in outdoor activities.

I take on challenging projects with the vision of being successful.
