The Florence Residences is the 2nd masterclass project in Singapore that is developed by Logan. It was launch in early 2019 after it has successfully en-bloc the 336 units at the former HUDC estate Florence Regency for SGD$629million. The Florence Residences pricing did not disappoint all home buyers and investors.

Logan first entered into Singapore property market when it won a record bid SGD$1billion for the land at Stirling Road which they subsequentiy launch Stirling Residences in 20H8.
