Systems strategist and impact leader with 20+ years helping leaders, organizations, and networks activate their capacity to drive change. My work sits at the intersection of impact strategy, network leadership, and transformational facilitation, supporting leaders and coalitions to see together, act together, and shift the systems we all rely on.
Co-founder and Board Member of the League of Intrapreneurs, a global community working to unlock the human innovation potential inside our most influential private and public institutions towards a sustainable world. The League has today 250 Fellows from over 80 countries and works with over 300 organizations driving #changefromwithin
Faculty of the Presencing Institute, having facilitated multi-stakeholder collaboration and leadership development, applying Theory U in various formats such as the UN SDG Labs in-country, the Ecosystem Leadership Program for Latin America.
Founder of Foresta.cc, where I advise and coach on the creation of impact networks & multi-sector coalitions, such as Aliados, Futuras Stem among others.
My early career started working inside large corporations including ABN AMRO Bank and McKinsey & Company and later founding 2 social enterprises in Brazil: an impact-based innovation consultancy and an accelerator for impact-driven startups. Florencia

Based in Punta del Este, Uruguay and working around the world. Fan of yoga, nature, wine, traveling and of creating deep connections with people that dream of a better world and want to spend their time on Earth creating this world. Blessed with a loving family, 2 beautiful daughters Maia and Sofia, who teach her every day how to be a better human being.
