Roxanne Flores

Roxanne Flores is currently SVP, Human Resources at Time, Inc. She joined the company in September 2012 and is responsible for providing generalist support in the areas of compensation planning, benefits, employee development, staffing and labor relations.

Prior to that Ms. Flores served as Director/HR Business Partner at Dow Jones & Company where she provided global business partner support in the areas of recruitment and retention, employee/labor relations, benefits, on-boarding, training and development counseling.

Ms. Flores began her career at Tribune Company with positions at WPIX-TV, WGN America and Tower Distribution in New York where she was a generalist, responsible for providing support, coaching and direction in the areas of recruitment, benefits, compensation, FCC/EEO compliance reporting, labor and employee relations, training, and safety issues.

A native of Brooklyn, NY, Ms. Flores graduated with a B.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland. IN her spare time, she runs and volunteers with NY Cares.
