I am a Partner with A.T. Kearney and member of our Communications, Media and Technology Practice. In more than 15 years of consulting services I have helped customers in the telecommunications sector, consumer electronics and gaming as well as the media sector.

My projects in this industry field comprised topics like strategy definition and global delivery models (resource deployment, shared services and outsourcing/offshoring), marketing strategy and segmentation, pricing and campaigning, sales strategy, channel management and sales performance optimization as well as transformation and cost reduction programs. My special focus though lies on sales optimization both for B2C and B2B customers. Geographically I have served customers from all three industry subsegments in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

On my functional sales and marketing expertise I have also helped customers in technology sectors (discrete manaufacturing, engineering, equipment, technical services) to optimize their B2B sales performance. With a holistic view on B2B sales my projects always cover all aspects from strategic focus to operational excellence of B2B sales. In our Strategy, Marketing and Sales practices I have been leading studies on B2B sales excellence. Geographically I have helped clients in these sectors in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

I have studied business administration and mechanical engineering at the Technical University Darmstadt and did a PhD in innovation management.
