Programs are designed to advance students’ success in law school, on the bar exam, and in their careers. The school’s curriculum focuses on experiential education: the hands-on learning needed to equip graduates with the leadership, management, and interpersonal skills that are necessary for career success.
Students at Florida Coastal School of Law Law have the opportunity to customize their legal education in a number of areas, including trial advocacy, taxation, and health law. To prepare students for their careers in the field, the school also introduces them to the litigation and transactional aspects of the law.

In addition to its full-time JD program, Florida Coastal School of Law offers a part-time evening program.
The program is designed to be completed in 4 years, however per Florida Coastal School of Law Policy students have 6 years to complete the course of study and graduate. Enrollment into the Part-Time Evening Program is available each Fall semester. Classes will be offered Monday through Thursday between 6:00pm-9:00pm.

All courses required for graduation will be offered during evening hours. In addition a broad selection of elective courses needed for graduation will be offered as well.

Per ABA standards, full-time professors will teach all evening required courses. Professors will be recruited first via a volunteer request protocol and then on a mandatory rotational basis if required.
