Florine van den Adel

I'm a creative person that loves to get the most out of life. Dare to live!

I'm born in Rotterdam on november 7th, 1988 and grew up in a city next to Rotterdam, where I finished my secondary scientific education. I followed an Economics course profile, but as I have a passion for technology and design I spent a year to acquire additional course certificates in Mathematics and Physics that would allow me to study Industrial Design at the Delft University of Technology. I managed to get these certificates, but however changed my plan and started to study Business Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and graduated in three years. I'm currently finishing my MSc in Marketing Management at RSM.

Besides my studies, I became active at STAR (Study Association Rotterdam School of Management) in my first year and in the subsequent years I expanded my skills by doing several other committees and functions. This way I gained a lot of skills; from sales and acquisition to graphical design and also general management of a committee and being the chairman of the board of my Master Study Club of Marketing Management.

I lived for four months in Milan, which has been a very interesting and enjoyable experience. I studied five courses at Bocconi University, all focused on design, fashion and other creative industries. Thereby I learned to speak Italian, which always has been one of my dreams.

I have several hobbies, a main passion is riding and training Icelandic Horses. I like nature, animals and being outside anyway and also enjoy other outside sports like skating and running. Other passions are photography and music, traveling, other cultures and languages, having good times with friends...
