Briere Regional Natural Parc is a broad locale of bags and trenches depleted by the waterway Brivet in the Loire-Atlantique branch of north-west France. It is the second biggest bog territory in France (after the Camargue district of southern France), with bogs and conduits covering half of the surface range of the park. The park possesses a significant part of the north-west of the Loire-Atlantique toward the north of the waterway Loire, with Saint-Lyphard in the focal point of the park, the famous town of Guerande toward the west and the resorts of La Baule-Escoblac and Pornichet toward the south.Indeed a vital locale for giving peat (for warming) to northern France, Briere is presently best known for the vast number of thatched cabins in the district, with a few thousand of these beautiful properties giving a significant part of the appeal of the park.
