I’m Floyd Rembert, a Government Account Executive based in Marietta, Georgia. I’ve built my career around one simple idea: consistency matters more than occasional bursts of effort.

That mindset started long before my professional life. Growing up in Newark, New Jersey, I spent a lot of time around sports. Basketball and track taught me how much preparation affects performance. Competing in the 200-meter and 400-meter events showed me that small habits add up, especially when the pressure is on.

I still carry that approach into my work today. I like starting early, usually around 5:00 a.m., so I can get focused before the day gets busy. Exercise is part of that routine. Running and lifting weights help me stay sharp, but they also remind me that progress comes from repetition.

In sales, I believe relationships are built over time. I prepare carefully, stay informed, and make an effort to meet customers face-to-face whenever possible. I try to be the kind of person people can rely on, whether that means following up, solving a problem, or simply being available when something needs attention.

Outside of work, I’ve coached youth baseball since 2011. Coaching has given me a different perspective on leadership because young athletes respond best when expectations are clear and encouragement is genuine. I also enjoy golf, live NFL games, fitness, and community volunteer work, especially food and clothing events during the holidays.

I’m always looking for ways to improve. For me, growth comes from staying disciplined, remaining curious, and continuing to show up prepared.
