Dr. Floyd Williams has the knowledge and skills in many facets of education with over 22 years of experience as an administrator that has had detailed experience as a Superintendent of Schools, Assistant Superintendent, Principal, Assistant Principal and Teacher.

Floyd E. Williams has worked in School Administration and Policy Development. He's skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Curriculum and Instruction, Customer Service, Staff Development, Educational Leadership, and Leadership Development. Dr. Williams is a strong education professional with a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) focused in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service from Cardinal Stritch University.

Throughout his work as an educator, Dr. Floyd Williams has recognized the huge level of importance that teachers play in helping students achieve their goals. In order to help students truly excel and reach new areas of success, we must provide teachers with the tools they need to work with students.
