Justin Weinstein

In 2016, I opened up my practice, Weinstein Legal, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The firm’s initial focus was regarding the litigation and resolution of insurance coverage disputes involving personal injury protection claims. My practice has since shifted its main focus to the representation of victims injured due to the negligence of someone else.

These types of claims may include:

· Car accidents

· Whiplash injuries

· Slip and falls

· Motorcycle crashes

· Bicycle accidents

· Truck collisions

· Brain injuries

· Wrongful death

Along with working with accident victims, I also help represent physical therapists, chiropractic physicians, surgeons, specialists, and other medical providers who treat accident victims. I have developed personal connections with these medical professionals, which allows me to provide my clients with greater options for medical treatment after a personal injury.

My legal journey began while attending Nova Southeastern University. During this time, I served as a judicial intern for Judge Andrew L. Siegel. In 2012, I graduated with a Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Florida Bar. For four years, I worked as an associate attorney with two personal injury law firms in South Florida. During my tenure at each firm, I developed my litigation abilities such as drafting and arguing motions, attending and conducting depositions, and much more.

Over time, I have learned that one of the most important aspects of being a lawyer is developing and maintaining a strong attorney-client relationship. I strive to be an accessible, trusted confidant and adviser during my client’s time of need. Those who have worked with a lawyer often feel that getting a hold of their attorney can be difficult. That’s why most, if not all of my clients, have my cell phone number. In my case, I treat every case like it is my own. I will always answer my phone when a client calls and reply to emails so clients know that they are a priority.
