Nicole Thomas

So, who am I? The title states my name, but that doesn't really tell you anything about who I am. I am a college flutist who began as a music education major and soon became a dual music education / flute performance major, despite being nervous about performance in high school. Performance has become an entirely cathartic experience that I have become addicted to. I'm an anxious mess most of the time, who always doubts whether people actually enjoy my company or are just being nice. I want to travel a lot, and I'm determined to make that happen before I'm settled down with a career and a family. I am a very passionate feminist (research it a little before you call me a "feminazi" or play the "men are oppressed" card) and I take it very seriously. I am fairly educated on the subject and I try to be as inclusive as possible, but if I ever say anything to offend or trigger you, please let me know so that I can correct my mistake for the future.

I'm truly an introvert at heart. I love my friends, and I love being around people, but I cherish my alone time when I can settle down and play around on the computer, watch one of my favorite TV shows, shop, or read. Taking pleasure from the simple things in life is extremely rewarding and worth the patience.
