Janice Flynn

London, UK

I'm an American lawyer who's been living in London since 2005. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, I've been working in the field of US visa and nationality law since 1996. I work with companies and individuals to determine the best solutions to navigate bureaucracy of the US government agencies involved with obtaining a US work or family visa. No two cases are identical and each client deserves individual legal analysis to determine the best way forward.

After living in London for more than seven years I feel like a native Londoner but at the same time I'm still a Chicagoan. I love living in England and I'm proud to have made the decision to make the move here. I would imagine that's how some of my clients feel when they make a move to the US to live where they want to live.

Before I studied law I studied English literature because I enjoy literature and writing, in particular poetry. What I enjoy about immigration law is that each person I help has their own story.

In my spare time I meditate, go walking and cycle.
