My life is led by integrity, creativity, inspiration and newness. I place value on collaborative working teams, unique talents, and personalities. I'm a self-proclaimed introvert, have a calm/casual lifestyle yet extraordinarily results-oriented. The lifestyle I lead blends both work and play which yields balance, productivity, and new adventures.

At the moment, my passions lie in wellness, fitness, running, lifelong learning, giving back, mentoring, and mixed media.

In 2015 and 2016, I'm honored to represent the Pearl Izumi's Champions run team and have a Ironman Vineman in Napa county on my vision board.
