About FLYNZA FOUNDATION
FLYNZA FOUNDATION is a registered Section 8 non-profit organization incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN: U88900BR2025NPL078905). Established with a vision to create an inclusive, equitable, and empowered society, the foundation is committed to driving sustainable development and meaningful social transformation across India.
Under the dynamic leadership of Er. Qamar Raza (Chairman & Managing Director) and Kaniz Fatma (Director), the organization functions with transparency, compassion, accountability, and a structured approach toward community welfare and nation-building.
Nationwide Eligibility & Operations
As a legally recognized Section 8 organization incorporated under the Central Government framework, FLYNZA Foundation is authorized to operate and implement welfare, humanitarian, and developmental initiatives across India on a pan-India level.
Although headquartered in Madhubani, Bihar, the foundation’s legal and operational framework enables it to collaborate with institutions, communities, and stakeholders throughout all states and union territories of India.
