Our Mission at FOCUSEIA Africa (Foundry of Cultural and Socio-Economic Innovations in Africa) is to enhance the equitable distribution of economic opportunities among the African youth.

We do this by driving actions along our three focus areas of GOVERNANCE, EDUCATION, and ECONOMY. We believe that this will result in boosting the economies of Africa and ultimately transform her into an integrated and prosperous continent - the Africa we want.

Here are our key issues of focus;

1. POOR GOVERNANCE, resulting from lack of structures that demand or enforce good governance.

2. UNEQUAL ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION among the young generation of Africans, resulting from pre-existing socio-economic margins.

3. ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY GAPS among the African youth resulting from skills deficiency and shortage of opportunities.
