He is actively involved with the European Academy of Sciences, where he serves as an Advisor and international expert, contributing to scientific evaluation processes and innovation-oriented initiatives. Prof. Dr. Fojlaley is also a recognized international jury member and evaluator in the field of inventions and innovations, having served as a judge in numerous prestigious international invention exhibitions, innovation competitions, and scientific events across Europe and other regions. His expertise is frequently sought for the assessment of high-impact technologies, patents, and applied research projects.

In parallel with his scientific and academic activities, Prof. Dr. Fojlaley currently serves as Secretary General of the World Organization for Peace (WofP) in Türkiye, where he promotes dialogue, ethical innovation, and international cooperation.
