This blog contains healthy recipes for everyday use, exercise and beauty. I was always brought up to eat everything in moderation and while I absolutely love that motto, sometimes the unhealthy stuff really is unhealthy!
I first became really aware of what is healthy and not healthy around 3 years ago when I was going through a really tough time and I felt that my body was changing, I could no longer eat what I wanted and bounce back, it was taking its toll. I decided that I needed to change rather than fight my body, I started making the necessary alterations. However it wasn’t as easy as just clicking my fingers, I loved munching away at a whole chocolate orange everyday and that was hard to give up!
It has taken 3 years to nearly change my diet completely and find the alternatives that are out there as a substitute for the things I used to love.
So this blog has the necessary recipes for you that will fill that hole where a chocolate orange used to sit.
