Jeremy Foreman is a Patient Service Representative at Quest Diagnostics. Jeremy has dedicated 23 years of service in his career choice. He takes pride in providing excellent customer service and treating each customer with respect, kindness, and fairness. His previous position as a phlebotomy team leader has taught him how to motivate and bring a team together to achieve daily company goals. Also, Jeremy has been responsible for conducting and training new hires in orientation. Jeremy is most known for his work ethics and for providing quality work. Jeremy once got recognized for outstanding customer service. Currently, Jeremy is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management with a minor in Human Resources. Jeremy aspires to become a phlebotomy supervisor or human resources recruiter so that he can make more of a positive impact in the work environment.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and children watching Netflix, playing cards, and board games. Also, Jeremy loves to cook, bake, and grill. Jeremy is a man of faith, who loves to serve in the church with the Sunday School department and the Men's Ministry.
